As long as we got commitment right? As long as you aren’t seeing no one else on the side right? As long as you’re loyal and I’m faithful then its all good right? To that agreement this situation isn’t so bad. This works for me because of my fear of commitment, the only reason I even fear it is because I dread the feeling of getting hurt. That heart sinking chest caving feeling you get when you finally connect the pieces together to only see a picture of her and the guy she’s been seeing on the side. Shit, maybe I’m just talking out of a broken heart but think about it. After you’ve went through all that effort just to get an official title up, she wasn’t even worth the time. Why cant we just date until it feels right? Its not like I don’t want to get in a relationship with you, its just my views on relationships are like my views on marriage. In a way it should be just like marriage except its at a younger level, that should be the only difference. You wouldn’t want to get married to someone thats not gonna last right? You spend like what? A month, two months getting to know them, then you jump into it and get together then next thing you know, its over. She’s off with some other guy repeating her process and you’re just sitting there wondering why you even considered it, why you didn’t take it slow. Was the infatuation too much? Infatuation blinds us, we don’t see it because we’re too busy feeling like she’s miss right. People just don’t get married after like a month or two, it takes time. I fear commitment because I don’t want all my time and effort to go to waste. I feel like I’d rather end it sooner than leading myself into believing she’s the one and end up getting hurt in the end.
I don’t know what I’m even saying, I’m just rambling on.
Main points though: Commit. Stay Loyal. Have Faith. Have Some Damn Morals. Don’t Cheat. Try Not To Lie. Don’t Be A Hoe.
P.S. Think of her like you’re on a search for a certain pokemon. The moment you step into the grass you suddenly get a random encounter and bam she’s exactly what you’ve been looking for, you’re not gonna waste your time in the grass till you run into someone like her again, so the time is now, you gotta catch her while you’ve been given the opportunity to do so.
